The Food Architects Natural Drink & Sea Moss Bar, owned and operated by classically trained Chef Corey McDaniel, is located inside The AMP at 1220 Waterway Blvd., in downtown Indianapolis.
At the FANDSM Bar one can purchase his branded soy and white sugar free mineral dense wellness products, infused sea moss gels, Nana’s All-purpose Alkaline seasoning, Live alkaline water, cold pressed blackseed oil, and more. The focus of the Bar is Sea Moss, a seaweed that contains 92 of the 102 mineral the body needs daily. Drinks are infused with sea moss gel and made with whole fruits and sweeteners like monk fruit, dates, and agave to avoid blood sugar issues. In addition to the infused drinks on Saturdays, McDaniel sells prepared vegan meals.
The menu changes weekly to showcase his expertise; past entrees included red lentil coconut curry soup, mint pesto pasta, Ethiopian inspired chili and his much raved and craved nachos made from chia seeds topped with a ground meat of walnuts, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, and chickpea flour, followed by a layer of hemp-seed mozzarella.
McDaniel says “I have created my recipes through trial and error.
