Food access has always been a goal for Flanner House and so many other organizations in the NNW and after building a successful farm and recently an entire Bodega and Cafe, Brandon Cosby, Executive Director of Flanner House took it a step further by adding mobility to the picture with a brand new mobile bodega!
Yup! You heard me...a mobile Bodega, coming to a neighborhood near you!
With storage space, refrigeration and freezer capabilities, the Cleo's mobile Bodega is designed to meet the access needs of food deserts across the city and this minority owned business is actively searching for your ideas to plan for the locations that will make sense and be an asset to those communities.
