Households below 50% Area Median Income and those unemployed for 90 days or more will be given priority. In addition, the Indianapolis Rental Assistance Program is providing help for tenants who have experienced a reduction in income and are at risk for housing instability.

IndyAMP Mortgage Refinance Program
Kheprw Institute is partnering with Renew Indy to help homeowners impacted by Covid 19 through the IndyAMP program. Homeowners who have successfully completed the program have saved an average of $210/month.
