Most adults simply do not participate in enough regular exercise to improve and maintain their health and well-being.
Despite the physiological and psychological benefits of exercise, including reduced anxiety, depression, and risks of cardiovascular disease, better weight control, and increased self-esteem, activity levels continue to decline.
It is estimated that more than 75% of adults do not partake, on a daily basis, in 30-minutes of low-to-moderate physical activity.
My adult Boot Camp can provide benefits of stabilization and strength endurance training. The benefits of stabilization training are to improve muscular endurance, increase flexibility, enhance control of posture, improve neuromuscular efficiency.
The benefits of strength training are to improve mobility, balance and endurance. To increase prime mover strength, improve overall work capacity, increase lean body mass, training strategies, and moderate loads and repetitions. Both include benefits of enhanced joint stabilization and training strategies.
